These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, mobile applications, software platforms, products, and services (collectively, “Services”) provided by Purple Ray Group (Pty) Ltd and its divisions, including but not limited to: Predesigns Clothing, AlibiSafe, SafeGuardSA, Sales Tracker Bot, Trade Pulse, MindOS, Pro Driver, Revenue Radar, Purple Ray Media and Events, and Xentara Life.
By accessing, registering for, or using any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, cease using the Services.
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorised access; infringe IP; upload unlawful content; or use the Services to harass, defraud, or endanger others. AlibiSafe/SafeGuardSA must not be used to fabricate evidence or make false reports (criminal offence).
Predesigns Clothing and Xentara Life are subject to order, shipping, and returns policies displayed at point of sale. Trade Pulse, AlibiSafe, SafeGuardSA, Pro Driver, and Revenue Radar are subject to their respective subscription/licensing terms. Prices and availability may change.
Paid tiers (e.g., AlibiSafe Freemium R49/mo, Pro R499/seat; SafeGuardSA municipal SaaS) auto-renew until cancelled. You authorise recurring charges via our PCI-DSS payment gateway.
All brand, content, software, and designs are owned by Purple Ray Group or licensed to it. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. AlibiSafe evidence tools are supportive aids, not a guarantee of legal admissibility; seek professional legal advice. SafeGuardSA data may be incomplete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Ray Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
You indemnify Purple Ray Group against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach. You may cancel anytime; paid periods are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g., CPA cooling-off).
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes fall under South African courts.
We may modify these Terms; material changes are notified at least 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
